Our scope of services includes but not limited to the following:

Conduct pre-conditional surveys/audits of common properties, facilities and systems for continual sustainability and enhancement of the facilities/system audited.
Proactively procure cost-effective and value-added services for the Management Corporation to achieve optimal results including but not limited to redesigning work specifications for onsite services and retrofitting or modifying building systems to enhance productivity and functionality.
To exercise and perform any powers, duties or functions delegated to the Managing Agent by the Management Corporation under the Act.
Formulation and implementation of prudent financial operating procedures.
Provision of facilities booking App, feedback QR Code, online payments to enhance the productivity and efficiency of the building management systems.
Conduct energy audit to promote optimal energy consumption and conservation.
